WHEN YOU JOIN OUR TEAM, JOIN OUR CAUSE!

Celebrate our 20th anniversary of Petwalk on Sunday, October 3, at Magic Island at 7 am with a mahalo party for those who have collected donations for the Hawaiian Humane Society. Join us for a short (.5 miles) or longer (2 miles) walk around Magic Island and Ala Moana. The morning will be filled with  food, fun, and games! Entertainment will be provided on the main stage, along with our ever popular pet trick and costume contests.

Our goal is $150,000! The Hawaiian Humane Society is a private, nonprofit on Oahu and does not receive funding from any mainland organization such as the HSUS or ASPCA. Many of the Humane Society’s services are funded entirely by donations including emergency pet foster care for people in crises; adoptions, free spay/neuter services for feral cats, education and advocacy efforts, and so much more! Your donations will greatly support the 2010 renovations to the dog kennels, replace the Cat House roof and other improvements to enhance the quality of life of animals while in our care.
