Pets of Patriots Program

Pets of Patriots is designed to provide pet care assistance for military personnel deploying on short notice due to war.

Active duty military personnel who have a pet that needs temporary care are eligible.  Available services include:  foster care in the home of a community volunteer and / or help with relocating pets to the Continental U.S. to be taken care of by a friend or relative.

All of the pet's financial needs are usually taken care of by the pet owner.  All financial responsibilities should be agreed upon by both parties prior to deployment.

All efforts will be made to keep pets together in the same foster home but will ultimately be the decision of the community volunteer.
